Pricing
- All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Applicable GST and taxes shall be charged as per law.

Orders
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and acceptance by the Company.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or other business reasons.
Payment Terms
- 100% advance payment is required for all orders.
- Production begins only after payment confirmation and artwork approval where applicable.
Minimum Order Quantity
Certain products may require a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 20 units or more.
Customized Products
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving artwork before production.
Once artwork is approved and production begins:
- Orders cannot be modified.
- Orders cannot be cancelled.
- Refunds will not be provided.
Intellectual Property
Customers confirm they possess the necessary rights for any logos, trademarks, artwork, or content submitted for customization.
Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.
We shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
