Order Cancellation
Customized Products
Customized or branded products cannot be cancelled after:
- Artwork approval, or
- Production commencement,
whichever occurs first.
Non-Customized Products
Cancellation requests may be accepted before dispatch.
Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved in the following situations:
- Product unavailable after payment
- Duplicate payment
- Order cancelled by United Fashion Mart Pvt. Ltd.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds shall not be issued for:
- Customized products
- Approved artwork orders
- Incorrect information provided by customers
- Minor color or size variations
- Delivery delays beyond our control
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after product inspection and approval.
The actual credit timeline depends on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
