Customized Products

Customized, printed, embroidered, or branded products are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Printing errors caused by us
  • Damaged products received

Non-Customized Products

Non-customized products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Replacement Eligibility

Replacement requests may be approved for:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect products shipped
  • Branding or printing mistakes attributable to us

Inspection

Returned products are inspected upon receipt before approval of replacement or refund.

Return Shipping Charges

For approved returns and replacements, return shipping costs will be borne by United Fashion Mart Pvt. Ltd.
